Instruction

  • Select a player, payment type, and (optionally) queue type to sign in a player.
  • Before clicking "Submit", double check the player's memebrship and cost.
  • A player wihtout active membership will proceed with NON_MEMBER visit. If the player would like to update/extend memberhsip, switch to "Membership" tab instead.
  • For a first-time player that is not in our database, use "Membership" tab.
  • Click "Submit" to proceed, upon success the system will add a log and post a discord notification to admin channel.
  • If a queue type is selected, the player will also be enqueued.
  • Multiple sign-in attempts within the same day for a player will be prevented.
  • Contact tech people if something goes wrong.

  • Select a player, desired membership, payment type, and (optionally) queue type to grant membership to a player.
  • For a first-time player that is not in our database, check "First Time Visit" and input information manually.
  • For a first-time player that does not want to get memebrship, use "SingleVisit".
  • Before clicking "Submit", double check the cost and expiration.
  • Click "Submit" to proceed, upon success the system will grant the memebrship, add a log, and post a discord notification in admin channel.
  • The player will be automatically signed in with a special "Waived" payment type.
  • If a queue type is selected, the player also will be enqueued.
  • Contact tech people if something goes wrong.
